These terms govern your use of our services. They are written to be readable; where something is legally load-bearing, we have said so plainly.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pylon Solutions Group ("PSG", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
PSG offers a free website audit, an AI-assisted website builder, founder-led custom builds, ongoing "Care" maintenance plans, and website hosting. Features and plans may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. We use passwordless sign-in via links sent to your email; keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
You agree not to use the services to break the law, infringe others' rights, publish unlawful or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (text, images, logos, business information). You grant PSG a license to host, store, process, and adapt that content solely to provide the services to you — including generating, editing, and serving your website. You represent that you have the rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our builder produces websites using AI. Output is provided to help you and should be reviewed by you before you publish it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information (hours, prices, claims, contact details). AI output may occasionally contain errors; we work to catch them but do not guarantee perfection.
Paid plans and one-time services are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions (such as Care) renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Free tiers are provided as-is and may change.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, particularly during this early stage. We may perform maintenance and update the platform and the sites it powers.
PSG owns the platform, the generation engine, our brand, and the underlying software and templates. You own your site's content and business identity. Nothing here transfers ownership of our platform to you, or of your content to us beyond the license in Section 4.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a service. Some provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
