You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Here is exactly how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
You have the right to delete your Pylon Solutions Group account and the personal information associated with it. This page explains how to request it and what happens.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line "Data deletion". Tell us whether you want to delete your entire account or specific information. We may ask you to confirm your identity by verifying control of your email.
Connected via Facebook or Instagram? If you connected a Meta account to our services, you can also remove our app's access in your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. To delete the data we hold, email us as described above and we will process it the same way.
We may keep limited information where the law requires it — for example, billing and tax records — and minimal records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is deleted when no longer required.
We confirm receipt promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required. We will let you know when it is done.
