Compose, dry-run, and (once billing is on) launch PSG's own ad campaigns. Wave 0 advertises the free Acropolis Audit — the same engine that will later run customers' ads. Composing creates nothing live and spends nothing: campaigns are stored paused and the Google check is validate-only.
